🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technology requirements, vendor equipment deliveries, onsite installation, and rigorous testing.
• Support event technology mock-ups, commissioning, live operations, troubleshooting, and dismantling activities.
• Collaborate closely with creative, production, operations, logistics, and project teams.
• Monitor equipment condition, inventory levels, and maintenance schedules for all event hardware.
• Provide innovative recommendations for technology solutions that enhance audience engagement.
• Ensure all technical operations are completed efficiently within strict project timelines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Event Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in event technology coordination or AV services.
• Familiarity with AV equipment, professional lighting, sound systems, and interactive tech.
• Strong communication, coordination, and troubleshooting capabilities in fast-paced settings.
• Comfortable supporting both indoor and outdoor large-scale events.
