Job Description:

We are currently seeking a confident and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can generate new business opportunities and promote branding solutions for management and client review. You will be responsible for cold calling, following up on leads, and recommending customized advertising services to prospective clients. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Direct Sales and a proactive approach to meeting performance metrics. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation to meet management sales targets.
  • Present and promote advertising and branding solutions to prospective clients in Dubai.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and sales teams to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics to ensure 100% data integrity in reporting.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to manage follow-ups and track customer requirements for customized solutions.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically in telesales or a similar results-oriented sales role.
  • Strong background in management of client engagement, negotiation, and persuasion techniques.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding advertising services and brand solutions.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and strong time management skills in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals over the phone and achieving target-driven goals.
