Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and disciplined Traffic Controller to join our government operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage site access for management and security review. You will be responsible for overseeing entry and exit points, carrying out vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate visitor logs. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in On-Site Traffic Management and a proactive approach to safety breaches and incident reporting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Control entry and exit points to meet management and secure access targets.
- Support safety integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in traffic logs, visitor details, and security inspection reports.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and security teams to resolve access issues and maintain a well-organized site environment.
- Conduct vehicle and personnel checks while immediately reporting any safety concerns or breaches to the relevant authorities.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and communication systems to optimize traffic flow and professional operational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus relevant Traffic Safety Certifications.
- Proven professional experience specifically as a Traffic Controller, Traffic Marshal, or Site Traffic Officer.
- Strong background in management of on-site traffic procedures, security checks, and situational awareness.
- Professional background in education or training regarding safety regulations and access management protocols.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high alertness, and effective communication with operational teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-security government premises in Abu Dhabi.
