Job Description:
Mark & Save is seeking a detail-oriented Typist to join its administrative operations team in Ajman. Based in Ajman, this government documentation specialist will manage portal processing across GDRFA, Amer, ICP, and MOHRE systems, process labor contracts, Emirates ID applications, and medical forms, track visa status updates, and coordinate with the corporate PRO team to ensure seamless administrative support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle government typing and portal operations including GDRFA, Amer, ICP, and MOHRE.
- Process labor contracts, Emirates ID applications, and medical applications.
- Track visa applications and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with PRO teams for employee onboarding and related processes.
- Manage corporate administration tasks and document records.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of government-related documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience in UAE government typing, document management, and official portal submission.
- In-depth knowledge of GDRFA, Amer, ICP, and MOHRE online portals, visa processing, Emirates ID applications, and labor contract entry.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent speed, accuracy, and document organization skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities to work effectively alongside PRO and HR personnel.
