Job Description:
A new opportunity is available for a skilled UI/UX Designer (Mid-Level) to join our team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our digital framework, requiring a professional who can create seamless experiences for management and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for developing user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interface designs across mobile and web platforms. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in User Experience Research and a proactive approach to design systems. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user flows and high-fidelity interfaces to meet management and user engagement targets.
- Create and manage comprehensive design systems in Dubai using Figma for consistent brand delivery.
- Liaise with the Human Resources, product managers, and developers to ensure cohesive design solutions.
- Leverage UX research and data-driven insights to ensure 100% data integrity in user experience improvements.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain high standards of accessibility and usability across all products.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Design, Information Technology, or a related academic discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with mandatory banking or fintech domain knowledge.
- Strong background in management of wireframes, prototyping techniques, and user research methods.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Figma and modern design tools.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and solve complex design problems in the UAE.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a full design process and successful project outcomes is required.
