Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically accomplished Video Editor to shape our visual content pipeline and post-production workflows from our studio in Abu Dhabi. Operating as a core storyteller within our media division, this full-time role centers on cutting raw footage, building stylized narrative layers, and polishing high-impact commercial campaigns under our creative project management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Edit, sequence, and output high-quality video content customized for corporate portfolios, web deployments, and public broadcasting.
• Assemble short-form brand films, promotional corporate assets, multi-camera event coverage reels, and premium digital presentations.
• Design optimized, high-conversion video assets for diverse social media channels following platform distribution metrics.
• Collaborate closely with internal creative, writing, and technical camera production teams to align visual layouts with contract briefs.
• Maintain strict narrative pacing, structural audio engineering quality, and visual color consistency across all active projects.
• Manage simultaneous digital media assets, organize project directories, and fulfill tight post-production deadlines under pressure.

🔹 Requirements:

• Advanced technical mastery navigating professional non-linear video editing software, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent platforms.
• Superb fundamental comprehension of visual narrative structures, pacing variations, sound design mixing, and color grading composition.
• Proven portfolio experience editing modern social media formats, digital commercials, and long-form corporate brand narratives.
• A Diploma, Degree, or certified vocational credential in Film Production, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong creative analytical capacity paired with meticulous attention to detail and ability to track project guidelines independently.
• Excellent verbal presentation and communication skills to facilitate smooth internal creative teamwork.
