Job Description:
We are executing a strategic creative appointment within our corporate marketing division and are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Videographer & Content Creator to govern visual production pipelines and direct multi-platform digital media pathways in Dubai. Built for visionary media specialists who possess an advanced command of luxury property aesthetics and excel at formatting high-impact social media assets, this full-time role focuses on accelerating lead generation traction, auditing platform engagement logs, and maximizing digital outreach metrics under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality, high-fidelity video footage and luxury interior photography of residential and commercial real estate properties.
- Create highly engaging visual content for deployment across official social media channels, corporate websites, and target marketing runs.
- Plan, shoot, and post-edit high-impact videos that effectively highlight upscale architectural details, layout specs, and brand identity.
- Develop creative visual storytelling concepts to enhance target audience retention and prospective client interest.
- Collaborate seamlessly with central marketing coordinators and real estate sales teams to maximize promotional campaign metrics.
- Produce optimized short-form reels and long-form walkthrough video sequences for diverse digital media platforms.
- Maintain uncompromised consistency in visual style, lighting quality, and corporate branding principles across all digital outputs.
- Track real-time digital media trends, keeping updated on platform algorithms and innovative video production equipment setups.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree, or professional Certification in Media Production, Filmmaking, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a closely matching discipline is preferred.
- Proven, successful experience handling videography, digital video editing, and original content creation pipelines.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying content calendars, production schedules, and media asset trackers inside Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following digital production sectors:
- Professional camera operations, lighting setups, drone stabilization routines, and spatial audio capture.
- Advanced video editing software configurations (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Social media content optimization techniques, formatting metrics, and short-form video engagement patterns.
- Real estate visual branding parameters, architectural framing, and lifestyle composition structures.
- Outstanding creative intuition, sharp organizational habits, high multitasking capacity, and a data-driven approach to tracking audience feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with absolute commitment to meeting tight production publication deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
