Job Description:
Royal Maison is seeking a professional and experienced VIP Butler (Live-Out) to join an exclusive private household in Al Khawaneej, Dubai. Based in Dubai, this luxury service professional will act as a personal assistant to the Principal, oversee daily household operations, coordinate wardrobe and travel arrangements, manage private event dining and guest services, and supervise domestic staff while ensuring high discretion and confidentiality.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted Personal Assistant to the Principal.
- Coordinate packing and unpacking arrangements for travel.
- Organize and maintain wardrobes, including inventory management.
- Manage bathroom amenities, supplies, and inventory.
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
- Coordinate private dinners, events, flower arrangements, and catering services.
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the household.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeepers and domestic staff.
- Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Butler in a VIP, VVIP, UHNW, or private estate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of VIP household management, service etiquette, luxury event coordination, and inventory control.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and staff supervision skills.
- Impeccable communication abilities and professional presentation.
- Verifiable employment references from previous private household positions are mandatory.
