Job Description:
We are executing a strategic commercial expansion within our global mobility division and are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Visa Sales Consultant to govern client acquisition pipelines and direct immigration consultation pathways in Dubai. Built for target-driven professionals who excel in high-conversion environments, this full-time role focuses on accelerating lead-to-deal lifecycles, auditing applicant eligibility checklists, and maximizing premium consultancy revenue under our unified corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist international clients with corporate visa inquiries, professional migration consultations, and eligibility evaluation services.
- Promote tailored immigration programs, global residency solutions, and custom visa consultancy frameworks to prospective corporate and retail customers.
- Build, nurture, and preserve strong, long-term commercial relationships with high-value prospective applicants.
- Follow up systematically on inbound digital leads and convert consultative inquiries into successful premium sales accounts.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly individual sales volumes and collaborative team revenue targets.
- Maintain meticulously accurate records of client documentation histories, interaction timelines, and pipeline applications inside our central system.
- Deliver uncompromised customer service excellence throughout the entire processing and application lifecycle.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Diploma, or equivalent accredited qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a matching field is preferred.
- Prior professional experience operating within visa consultancy, residency-by-investment setups, international relocation, or target-driven B2C corporate sales pipelines is an advantage.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying pipeline spreadsheets, commission models, and database indices inside Microsoft Excel and standard CRM tools.
- Strong baseline knowledge of international documentation rules, standard verification steps, and customer acquisition techniques.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills paired with highly polished interpersonal relationship-building and negotiation capabilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently, prioritize complex inquiries under pressure, and navigate a fast-paced, target-driven corporate framework.
