Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented individuals for multiple roles at a well-established entertainment center in Abu Dhabi. These positions are fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring professionals who can deliver excellent service for management and guest satisfaction review. You will be responsible for managing front-facing operations, handling transactions efficiently, and ensuring a lively environment for all guests. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality guest service and food/beverage assistance to meet management and service quality targets.
- Coordinate front-desk activities and cash handling in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in POS transactions and guest registration logs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and shift leads to maintain a professional and disciplined work environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing fast-paced customer interactions and addressing guest inquiries with accuracy.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and POS systems to optimize transaction speed and operational reporting.
Available Roles:
- Waiter / Barista: Focused on beverage mastery and guest table service.
- Receptionist / Cashier: Focused on front-office coordination and financial transactions (Arabic speakers preferred).
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or related professional Certificate in Hospitality or a relevant field.
- Proven professional experience in customer service or hospitality roles within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of guest expectations, interpersonal communication, and team dynamics.
- Professional background in education or training regarding POS operations and basic financial transaction handling.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, flexibility for shift work, and a performance-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a lively entertainment center in Abu Dhabi.
