Job Description:

The Waiters & Waitresses will welcome guests, manage front-of-house table service, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Based in Dubai, selected candidates will accurately take orders, maintain dining area cleanliness, collaborate closely with kitchen staff, resolve guest inquiries, and contribute to the smooth daily operations of the café.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Provide attentive customer service throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Work closely with kitchen and café staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

🔹 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience serving in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset and team-oriented focus.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Available for immediate joining.
