Job Description:

Home Bakery is expanding its team across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, seeking enthusiastic professionals for multiple roles to deliver outstanding customer service, prepare specialty beverages, supervise daily front-of-house operations, and uphold high food hygiene standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming guest experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages professionally.
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages (Barista role).
• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and support team performance (Supervisor role).
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in all service areas.
• Assist customers with menu recommendations and product information.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in casual dining, stand-up cafés, or chocolate and dates retail concepts.
• Experience in chocolate and dates retail concepts is highly preferred.
• Immediate availability to join with flexibility to work in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Specialty coffee preparation experience required for Barista positions.
• Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations, customer service, and food safety standards.
