Job Description:
EEE Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee logistics and inventory workflows in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this warehouse operations specialist will manage daily stock movement routines, operate enterprise ERP/WMS platforms, control inventory records, prepare audit documentation, enforce proper material handling, and collaborate with internal supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Manage warehouse documentation and inventory-related reports.
- Use ERP/WMS systems to track stock movements and warehouse activities.
- Ensure proper organization, storage, and handling of materials.
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of inventory.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in enterprise ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for stock tracking and reporting.
- Prior experience within the engineering, industrial, construction, or spare parts sector is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of stock management procedures, material storage standards, and warehouse documentation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
