Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals for the role of Warehouse Helper to support our expanding daily operations. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can assist with the flow of materials for management and stock review. You will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, organizing warehouse stock, and accurately picking and packing customer orders. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Warehouse Safety and Inventory Tracking and a proactive approach to manual tasks and customer assistance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading building materials to meet management and dispatch schedules.
- Support operational integrity in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, ensuring 100% data integrity in inventory tracking, stock counting, and order accuracy.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and warehouse supervisors to organize stock and maintain a safe and accessible working environment.
- Prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch and delivery while providing on-site assistance to customers when required.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools where applicable to optimize inventory counting and professional stock reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Basic Education plus a professional Warehouse Safety or Logistics Certificate is preferred.
- Previous professional interest or experience specifically within a warehouse or trading environment.
- Strong background in management of physical tasks, basic counting, and reading English instructions for order picking.
- Professional background in education or training regarding manual handling, stock organization, and basic communication.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, physical capability for manual tasks, and a hardworking professional attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-growth trading firm in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.
