Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator – Dubai, UAE | Functional Fitness Supply

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the project management system to identify material picking and dispatch requirements.
• Accurately pick, prepare, and stage materials for outgoing deliveries and project use.
• Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
• Receive all inbound shipments, inspect materials, and confirm quantities/specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation and records in line with company procedures.
• Organise warehouse storage systematically, following FIFO and other best-practice inventory methods.
• Perform regular stock counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, with strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
