Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day functions in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage end-to-end warehouse processes for management and efficiency review. You will be responsible for receiving, storage, and dispatch, while maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock audits and checks. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Inventory Management Systems and Safety Compliance and a proactive approach to team leadership and workflow optimization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall warehouse operations to meet management and operational performance targets.
- Support logistics integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in inventory records, stock audit reports, and dispatch logs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, procurement, and sales teams to coordinate staff supervision and ensure seamless operational coordination.
- Implement and maintain safety procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations and introducing improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office applications to optimize warehouse tracking and professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field plus relevant professional Warehouse Management Credentials.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience specifically in hands-on warehouse management.
- Strong background in management of pickers, packers, and forklift operators, ensuring high levels of productivity and discipline.
- Professional background in education or training regarding inventory management systems, warehouse safety standards, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong leadership skills, and the capability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard logistics organization in Dubai.
