Job Description:

The Warehouse Officer will manage daily stores receiving, organize component storage, support material traceability inspections, issue parts to production lines, maintain ERP stock records, and coordinate with plant management and quality teams to maintain supply chain efficiency.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse receiving, material handling, storage allocation, and physical stock organization.
• Support receiving inspection workflows while maintaining full lot identification and material traceability standards.
• Maintain accurate stock ledgers, inventory logs, and material movement transactions within the ERP system.
• Issue raw materials, aerospace hardware, and tooling to production teams against authorized work orders.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Procurement, Production Planning, Quality Control, and Logistics departments.
• Ensure strict adherence to warehouse safety protocols, 5S standards, and defence industry compliance guidelines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Prior experience in warehouse, inventory control, or stores management (aerospace or manufacturing exposure preferred).
• Enthusiastic fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications and strong motivation are welcome to apply.
• Practical understanding of material identification, stock auditing, traceability, and ERP/MRP inventory modules.
• Strong organizational capabilities, numerical accuracy, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset.
