Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, practical, and team-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to drive daily stockroom operations, incoming freight distribution, and real-time inventory tracking tracks in Dubai. This active operational role demands complete cargo processing control, precise manifest file documentation, and immediate discrepancy resolution to guarantee supply chain velocity for corporate management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse workflows, processing areas, and staff task assignments.

- Coordinate the receiving, deep-storage, localized dispatch, and retail distribution activities efficiently.
- Ensure highly structured tracking of incoming shipping containers and outgoing commercial fleet departures.
- Maintain highly accurate operational logs, customs delivery proofs, and discrepancy reporting files.
- Lead, mentor, and organize floor teams to hit hourly picking, packing, and sorting productivity targets.
- Conduct routine cycle counts, variance investigations, and comprehensive seasonal physical stock audits.
- Enforce absolute compliance with strict facility safety standards, storage protocols, and clean floor guidelines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven professional experience in warehouse operations within a retail, apparel, or fashion industry setup is required.
- Deep functional knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS), dispatch routes, and receiving protocols.
- Strong personnel coordination, team leadership, and floor workflow organization abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to draft crisp operational reports for corporate units.
- Prior professional experience handling retail logistics networks within the UAE is highly preferred.
- Practical background in education regarding SKU categorization, garment storage parameters, safety standards, and supply chain management rules.
