Job Description:

We are seeking a highly professional, hospitality-driven Wellness Concierge to pilot patient relations and lead our reception operations in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai. Operating as the primary ambassador of our wellness facility, this full-time role focuses on handling client registrations, organizing medical appointment rosters, and streamlining clinic lobby workflows under our core healthcare management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome incoming clients and medical visitors in an exceptionally warm, professional, and empathetic manner.
  • Manage high-volume appointment allocations, booking calendars, automated confirmations, and continuous client follow-up loops.
  • Oversee daily front-desk administrative functions, checking file entries and auditing patient intake logs.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal medical practitioners, physical therapists, and cross-functional administrative divisions.
  • Uphold premium brand presentation metrics and maintain clinic safety and welcoming design layouts.
  • Address patient inquiries with complete clarity via multi-line communication networks, email workflows, or in-person interactions.
  • Support general operational workflows, resolving client scheduling friction to guarantee a smooth, comfortable patient experience.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Previous professional front-office or guest relations experience working directly within a wellness center, medical clinic, or healthcare environment is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to confidently articulate healthcare services and guide client pathways.
  • Impeccable corporate appearance paired with a strong customer service mindset, high emotional intelligence, and hospitality instincts.
  • Practical computer literacy with reliable foundational familiarity navigating digital booking software or clinical databases.
  • Strong organizational processing capacity, structured multi-tasking skills, and a rigorous attention to patient file details.
  • Professional verbal fluency in the Arabic language will be considered a highly competitive operational advantage during review.
  • A formal Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or Customer Service is preferred but not required.
  • Onshore applicants with immediate availability or operating under a short notice period will be strongly preferred during screening.
