Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally precise, strategy-driven, and highly analytical 3D Designer to manage daily geometric pipelines, advanced mechanical modeling workflows, and technical design remediation tracking tracks at our client’s corporate design center in Dubai. Operating at the core of our technical delivery framework, this central engineering role demands complete lifecycle control over modeling parameters, precise drafting assembly file documentation, and immediate blueprint bottleneck resolution to guarantee flawless simulation velocity for executive corporate management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manipulate, and manage advanced 3D modeling projects using professional-grade computer-aided engineering software packages.
  • Perform detailed reverse engineering procedures from physical prototypes, converting cloud data smoothly into manufacturing blueprints.
  • Fix, optimize, and restructure legacy technical design files to resolve geometric errors and enhance file efficiency metrics.
  • Create accurate, production-ready components and large-scale assembly models utilizing SolidWorks and alternative CAD platforms.
  • Support multi-disciplinary engineering and product development teams with detailed blueprint extractions, tolerance stack-ups, and technical outputs.
  • Audit internal design pipelines to ensure absolute synchronization with international drafting standards, safety boundaries, and client briefs.
  • Manage assembly database architectures systematically, ensuring maximum file hierarchy hygiene for executive engineering review.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Strong, verified professional experience operating directly within high-level 3D modeling, mechanical drafting, or product development pipelines is required.
  • Expert software proficiency in SolidWorks platforms is highly preferred and non-negotiable for rapid operational deployment.
  • Practical background or added exposure working with SketchUp, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar advanced industrial design environments is an advantage.
  • Deep structural understanding of advanced modeling workflows, injection molding variables, material thickness rules, and reverse engineering techniques.
  • Demonstrated capability to analyze and fix corrupted or unoptimized technical CAD file structures independently under strict project timelines.
  • Exceptional coordination and presentation capabilities paired with professional verbal and written communication command over the English language to sync with technical divisions.
  • Solid academic foundation through a relevant degree or higher technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, CAD Drafting, or Industrial Design.
  • Practical background in basic education regarding geometric tolerancing math variables, spatial volume diagnostics, and engineering project lifecycle workflow management methodologies.
