  • Coordinate and schedule interview loops systematically, balancing communications between active hiring managers and target candidates to prevent pipeline friction.
  • Handle multi-platform job portal postings, maximize digital employer brand visibility, and maintain active, compliant recruitment listings.
  • Support structural employee onboarding workflows, verifying candidate references and organizing foundational human resources documentation processes.
  • Build, categorize, and maintain robust talent pipelines to satisfy immediate and forecasted corporate organizational requirements.
  • Track recruitment data variables continuously, archiving applicant tracking database metrics for leadership performance review.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of a minimum of 1 year of verified professional experience operating directly inside recruitment pipelines or specialized talent acquisition setups is mandatory.
  • Solid academic foundation through a relevant degree or higher technical diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Systems, or an equivalent organizational discipline.
