Job Description:

Ritual Café is expanding its team and hiring dedicated professionals for multiple operational, supervisory, financial, and inventory management roles in Al Ain. Based in Al Ain, selected candidates will contribute to front-of-house guest service, daily F&B supervision, store procurement, stock control, financial reporting, and seamless café operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, take orders, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise front-of-house operations and support staff training.
• Maintain daily accounts, prepare financial reports, and process vendor payments.
• Manage procurement, inventory, stock audits, and vendor coordination.
• Handle purchase orders, reporting, and ERP system updates.
• Ensure proper inventory storage, FIFO practices, and operational compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and company service standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree depending on the specific position applied for.
• Relevant professional experience in Food & Beverage, retail, hospitality, store management, or financial accounting.
• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of POS systems, ERP software applications, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Practical understanding of customer service standards, inventory control, FIFO practices, and operational reporting.
• Ability to work flexible shift schedules and reside in or relocate to Al Ain.
