Job Description:
Hyundai Lighting is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Lighting Designer to join its engineering and design team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this technical specialist will create innovative lighting concepts, develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and DIALux, perform precise photometric calculations, coordinate with clients and project teams, and oversee lighting design implementation from concept through execution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design lighting solutions for commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential projects.
- Prepare lighting layouts and perform accurate lighting calculations.
- Develop technical drawings using AutoCAD and DIALux.
- Coordinate with project teams to meet client and project requirements.
- Ensure lighting designs comply with industry standards and project specifications.
- Support project execution from concept through completion.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Lighting Design, or a related field.
- Hands-on proficiency in DIALux and AutoCAD software.
- Strong expertise in lighting layout design, photometric calculations, and technical specifications.
- Proven background working on commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential architectural developments.
- 3–5 years of relevant design experience (prior UAE experience strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication, technical troubleshooting, and project coordination skills.
