Job Description:

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will manage daily warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch operations, oversee international freight and local transport, maintain WMS/ERP inventory data, handle shipping documentation, and ensure HSE safety compliance in Abu Dhabi.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory movement.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory data, and ERP/Warehouse Management System entries.
• Coordinate local and international freight, shipments, and logistics activities.
• Prepare and manage shipping, delivery, and warehouse documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, support stock reconciliation, and coordinate loading, unloading, and transportation activities.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company procedures, safety standards, and HSE requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination in the UAE.
• Mandatory valid UAE Driving License.
• Experience in chemical warehousing and international freight management is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
