Job Description:

The Audit & Compliance Manager will oversee internal audit operations, strengthen risk management and compliance frameworks, enforce AML standards, and present risk findings to executive leadership.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage internal audit and compliance activities across the organization.
• Develop and enhance governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and AML standards.
• Identify operational risks and recommend practical solutions to improve business processes.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide the audit and compliance team.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of Internal Audit, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Professional certification in finance, accounting, or auditing is an advantage.
