Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager – QSR will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff performance, control food costs and inventory, and enforce strict food safety and operational standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor food costing, inventory levels, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and operational procedures.
• Drive team performance and meet business and service targets.

🔹 Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Candidates with only hotel or hospitality experience will not be considered.
• Proven experience managing and leading restaurant teams.
• Expertise in food costing, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
