🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate ledger accounts and execute precise daily bookkeeping tasks across technology operations.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing, including vendor billings and client collections.
• Prepare sales invoices, process payment vouchers, and complete routine bank and account reconciliations.
• Support period-end financial reporting and ensure strict data integrity across accounting software systems.
• Assist with UAE VAT-related accounting requirements, invoice compliance, and tax record documentation.
• Organize and store financial documents, audit files, and accounting ledgers systematically.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in accounting, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping operations.
• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and invoicing workflows.
• Strong practical knowledge of bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations, tax compliance standards, and reporting practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
• Exceptional attention to numerical detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
