Job Description:

The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining general ledgers, processing routine financial records, preparing basic reconciliations, and supporting UAE VAT documentation under financial management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day general ledger records, journal entries, and financial transactions.
• Support routine bookkeeping, voucher management, and routine ledger entries.
• Help prepare financial summaries, basic monthly reports, and bank statement reconciliations.
• Assist with UAE VAT documentation, invoice verifications, and basic tax filing preparation.
• Maintain structured, up-to-date accounting records using accounting software and Tally.
• Coordinate closely with the internal finance team to ensure timely operational closing tasks.
• Support general administrative and routine accounting duties as assigned by the lead accountant.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Solid foundational understanding of core accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, basic accounting software, and Tally software (preferred).
• Knowledge of UAE VAT fundamentals and record-keeping practices.
• Fluency in Hindi is preferred; immediate joiners will be given priority consideration.
