The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage payment applications (IPA/IPC), BOQ tracking, contractual claims, and final account closures in Dubai. Explore further engineering roles on our engineering jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage Interim Payment Applications (IPA) and Certificates (IPC).
• Perform quantity take-offs, measurements, valuations, and BOQ tracking.
• Manage variation orders, daywork records, and complex contractual claims.
• Coordinate commercial reporting, final accounts, and project close-out activities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction.
• 10+ years of QS experience in building, aviation, or industrial construction.
• Deep working knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract and cost management software.
• Immediate joining availability in the UAE is preferred.
