Job Description:

The successful candidate will supervise vehicle movements, coordinate driver schedules, monitor fleet availability, and ensure compliance with transportation procedures and safety standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily transportation activities and coordinate vehicle allocation for timely pick-ups and deliveries.
• Schedule drivers, assign duties, and communicate route instructions and operational updates.
• Monitor fleet availability, coordinate vehicle inspections and maintenance, and report breakdowns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with transport procedures, traffic regulations, and site safety requirements.
• Prepare daily transport schedules, utilization reports, and maintain accurate operational records.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage driver schedules effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency for reporting, scheduling, and record-keeping.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of fleet coordination, vehicle maintenance, and transport safety regulations.
