About the Role:
A well-established financial services organization is seeking a dedicated Executive Support professional to join their team within the ADGM area of Abu Dhabi. This position is vital, involving high-level support for four senior executives to ensure the seamless functioning of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
The Executive Support professional will be responsible for managing executive calendars, arranging travel plans, and overseeing daily administrative operations. You will play an essential role in maintaining efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring the leadership team can focus on their priorities without interruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to four senior executives.
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including logistics and accommodation.
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure seamless coordination and workflow.
- Maintain efficiency and professionalism while supporting strategic initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Experienced in Executive Support or high-level Personal Assistant roles.
- Estimated Qualifications like Diploma/Degree/Certificate.
- Excels in multitasking, clear communication, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to be deeply involved in operational support and executive coordination.
- Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
