Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Engage with high-end clientele and VIPs, providing expert knowledge on luxury watches and jewellery.
- Sales Performance: Drive and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive customer engagement and storytelling.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily boutique activities, ensuring inventory security, visual merchandising excellence, and premium service standards.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the international brand with a professional appearance and a deep commitment to luxury service protocols.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales performance, client feedback, and inventory status for management review.
- Team Leadership: (For Store Manager level) Mentor and lead boutique staff to deliver consistent, world-class guest experiences.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Experience: Demonstrated success in luxury retail sales within the UAE market (specific experience in watches or jewellery is highly preferred).
- Communication: Excellent command of English; strong interpersonal skills are mandatory to engage with a global clientele.
- Availability: Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately or within 15 days.
