Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, preparing detailed weekly and monthly reports to drive data-led decisions.
- Social Media Strategy: Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and active community engagement to boost brand loyalty.
- SEO/SEM & Web: Oversee website updates, SEO initiatives, and online product listings to ensure maximum search visibility.
- Retail Integration: Coordinate with retail teams to manage online promotions, store launch campaigns, and “O2O” (Online-to-Offline) activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with design and e-commerce teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within the Retail or E-commerce sectors.
- Technical Toolkit: Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM tools.
- Content Skills: Demonstrated experience in creative campaign planning, performance marketing, and content creation.
- Market Insight: A strong understanding of UAE retail market trends and consumer behavior is a significant advantage.
- Location: Must be based in the UAE, with a preference for candidates residing in Ajman, Sharjah, or Dubai.
