🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Execution: Develop and implement localized digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and lead generation in the UAE.
• Platform Management: Oversee and scale company presence on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Content Leadership: Produce and manage a comprehensive content calendar, including photography coordination, video for Reels/TikTok, and bilingual copywriting.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor KPIs using Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics, providing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
• BDE Support: Design marketing collateral, portfolios, and presentations to assist the business development team in winning tenders.
• Project Showcasing: Collaborate with on-site engineering teams to capture “behind-the-scenes” footage and high-quality project completions.
• Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on trending architectural and design marketing best practices.

🔹 Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) for regional content tailoring.
• Experience: 3–4+ years in social media management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Architecture, Interior Design, or Real Estate.
• Technical Tools: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere) and proficiency in digital analytics tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
• Content Skills: Proven ability in visual storytelling, photography coordination, and high-impact copywriting.
• Market Insight: Deep understanding of the UAE social media landscape and platform-specific trends (e.g., Snapchat/TikTok regional usage).
