Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment cycle for Sales, Marketing, and Operations; specifically focusing on building a robust pipeline of high-performing Real Estate Brokers.
- Policy Development: Establish and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks in alignment with the company’s performance-driven vision.
- HR Operations: Manage employee lifecycle events including visa processing, onboarding, probation reviews, and full compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Engagement & Culture: Foster a collaborative work environment through team-building activities, recognition programs, and monthly reward systems.
- Payroll & Incentives: Coordinate with accounts to manage payroll, specifically tracking complex commission structures and sales incentives.
- Strategic Advisory: Work directly with the CEO/MD on workforce planning, retention strategies, and performance reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 2–5 years in Human Resources; Real Estate Brokerage experience is highly preferred.
- Recruitment Savvy: Proven ability to source and hire sales-driven roles and real estate agents independently.
- Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE) procedures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure brokerage environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS tools, job portals, and MS Office applications.
- Mindset: A proactive, “people-first” approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
