Sales Executive – Dubai/Sharjah, UAE | Iconic Spaces for Decoration Design & Fit-Out LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities within the UAE commercial and residential fit-out markets.
• Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to understand their specific renovation or turnkey requirements and propose innovative solutions.
• Proposal Development: Prepare detailed project proposals, accurate quotations, and legal contracts, ensuring professional follow-up until closure.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with the design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure project feasibility and smooth workflow.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets to support company expansion.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with consultants, contractors, and key developers.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the fit-out, interior design, or construction sectors.
• Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a strong capacity to close high-value deals.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fit-out materials, MEP processes, and UAE construction industry practices is a major advantage.
• Mobility: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory; access to a personal car is highly beneficial.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Architecture, or a related field.
• Mindset: Result-oriented, independent, and capable of working in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
