Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily restaurant or kitchen operations, ensuring all service and production targets are met with precision.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals to maintain high morale and performance standards.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and service quality across multiple international cuisines.
- Cost Control: Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and manage operational costs to ensure the profitability of the unit.
- Guest Experience: (For Restaurant Managers) Ensure excellent guest service and resolve any operational issues with a problem-solving mindset.
- Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to optimize order flow and delivery times.
🔹 Requirements:
- UAE Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant work experience within the UAE F&B market.
- Culinary Exposure: Practical exposure to international cuisines and experience managing diverse dining concepts.
- Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of high-volume kitchen workflows or front-of-house restaurant management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- Availability: Ready to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operation that demands agility and proactive leadership.
