1. Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Operational Oversight: Support the Restaurant Manager in daily floor operations, ensuring every touchpoint meets Anantara’s luxury standards.
• Leadership: Supervise and mentor the service team, managing shift schedules and staff training.

2. Bartender

• Mixology Excellence: Prepare and serve signature cocktails and beverages with speed, precision, and flair.
• Stock Control: Manage bar inventory and maintain an immaculate work environment.

3. Waiters / Waitresses

• Guest Journey: Deliver attentive and personalized table service, showcasing deep knowledge of the menu and regional specialties.
• Upselling: Recommend pairings and premium offerings to enhance the guest’s dining experience.

4. Hostess

• First Impressions: Greet guests with authentic Arabian hospitality, managing reservations and seating flow with grace.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport with regular guests and manage wait times efficiently during peak desert sunset hours.

🔹 Requirements:

• Passion: A genuine drive for hospitality and a mindset focused on exceeding guest expectations.
• Experience: Prior experience in luxury hotels (5-star) or upscale dining venues is an advantage.
• Communication: Strong verbal English skills; ability to engage with a sophisticated, international clientele.
• Presentation: Polished, professional appearance with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a diverse, multicultural team.
