Junior Accountant – Dubai, UAE | Reflections Accounting

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Assist with daily accounting tasks, ensuring high-accuracy data entry into the firm’s financial systems.
• Ledger Review: Maintain, review, and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure all entries are balanced and categorized correctly.
• Reporting Support: Support senior finance staff in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheets.
• Audit Readiness: Ensure proper documentation, organization, and systematic filing of all financial records and transaction backups.
• Financial Controls: Assist in routine accounting controls and bank reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the senior finance team to support various ad-hoc accounting operations and client requests.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in MS Excel is essential (must be comfortable with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas).
• Systems Knowledge: Previous experience with ERP systems like Oracle, Odoo, or Tally is highly preferred.
• Availability: Immediate availability to join is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Ethics: High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to financial accuracy.
• Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills for effective team collaboration.
