Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Oversee all HR operational activities, ensuring smooth employee relations and effective resolution of staff inquiries.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various hospitality departments, from sourcing to final selection.
- Documentation & Systems: Maintain meticulous employee records and manage HRMS systems to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
- Employee Lifecycle: Lead the onboarding process, conduct staff inductions, and drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive culture.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to internal company policies and the latest UAE Labor Laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and contribute to strategic HR projects.

🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive, with a strong preference for those with a background in the hospitality industry.
- Language Skills: Russian language proficiency is highly preferred and considered a major asset for this role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- HR Mastery: Solid knowledge of recruitment practices, employee relations, and HRMS platforms.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize high-volume workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of UAE labor regulations and employment best practices.
