Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Support: Provide direct administrative and operational assistance to the Head of HR to streamline departmental workflows.
- Recruitment Lifecycle: Support talent acquisition by managing job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules for various departments.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a professional experience for all employees.
- Record Integrity: Maintain and update comprehensive employee files and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and high levels of confidentiality.
- Regulatory Tracking: Process HR documentation and track compliance requirements in accordance with the latest UAE Labor Laws.
- Reporting & Engagement: Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations, while supporting the organization of employee engagement initiatives and company events.
🔹 Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic is essential for this role.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative HR role specifically within the UAE.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of UAE Labor Laws, HR regulations, and regional best practices.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced in using modern HR software/systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Attributes: High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
