🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Manage routine accounting tasks including the maintenance of accurate general ledgers and daybooks.
• Independent Management: Handle the end-to-end processing of invoices, vendor payments, and complex bank reconciliations independently.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure all financial activities align with UAE VAT regulations, including accurate tax recording and supporting the filing of returns.
• Software Management: Utilize accounting platforms such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho to record transactions and generate financial reports.
• Financial Accuracy: Maintain high levels of precision in financial records, ensuring all project-related costs are correctly allocated.
• Coordination: Support the broader technical team by providing financial data and reporting to ensure project budgets remain on track.

🔹 Requirements:

• Industry Background: Mandatory previous experience working within a contracting or technical services company.
• Knowledge Base: Sound understanding of UAE accounting practices and mandatory VAT compliance procedures.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software—specifically Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Inventory/Books.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, high reporting accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
• Location: Candidates should be currently based in or willing to work in Sharjah.
