Available Positions:

• Visa Consultant – Sales: Focus on client acquisition, package promotion, and converting inquiries into successful visa service bookings.
• Visa Consultant – Operations: Focus on meticulous documentation, application processing, embassy coordination, and status tracking.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Consultancy & Support: Provide expert advice to clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and the step-by-step application process for various destinations.
• Document Verification: Review and verify all client documentation to ensure 100% compliance with specific embassy and consulate mandates.
• Application Processing: Manage the end-to-end submission process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to meet tight travel deadlines.
• Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and handling inquiries with professional hospitality.
• Compliance Management: Stay updated on the latest international travel regulations and visa policy changes to provide accurate guidance.
• Data Integrity: Maintain detailed and organized records of all applications and client interactions within the company system.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in visa services, travel consultancy, or a related sales/ops role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of global visa procedures, documentation standards, and embassy protocols.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse clients in a hospitality-driven manner.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder (relevant professional experience may be considered).
• Attributes: High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a significant advantage in the Dubai travel market.
