Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Direct and oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure seamless service flow across casual and fine dining settings.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a multicultural service team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on hospitality excellence.
- Guest Experience: Maintain a constant floor presence to engage with guests, handle complex inquiries, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Financial Oversight: Manage labor costs, optimize staff scheduling, and implement effective cost-control measures for inventory and supplies.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to brand SOPs, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations (HACCP).
- Strategic Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between kitchen leadership and the service team to ensure timing and dish consistency.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in restaurant management, specifically within casual and fine dining environments.
- Leadership: Strong ability to build, guide, and motivate diverse teams in a high-pressure hospitality setting.
- Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of F&B service flows, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Market Insight: Familiarity with Dubai’s F&B trends and customer expectations is a significant advantage.
