Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Core HR Support: Assist in managing recruitment activities, facilitating employee relations, and supporting annual performance management cycles.
- Payroll & Attendance: Handle meticulous attendance tracking and coordinate with the finance department for accurate monthly payroll implementation.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all employee records and HR actions are strictly aligned with UAE Labor Law and internal company policies.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the rollout of new HR policies and ensure consistent application across all departments.
- Employee Development: Support the assessment of training needs and coordinate development initiatives to enhance the skills of the environmental service team.
- Administrative Oversight: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team, ensuring smooth office operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid, hands-on experience in an HR or administrative role (UAE experience preferred).
- Legal Expertise: Strong, working knowledge of UAE Labor Law and regional HR best practices.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience using modern HR Management Systems (HRMS).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational ability, strong communication skills, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Efficiency: Proven track record of managing multiple administrative tasks simultaneously in a structured environment.
