🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Management: Execute foreign currency exchange and international remittance transactions with 100% accuracy and efficiency.
• Cash Custodianship: Handle cash responsibly, performing regular counts and ensuring physical cash balances perfectly match system records at all times.
• Customer Excellence: Deliver high-quality service to a diverse clientele, fostering long-term relationships through professional interaction.
• Sales Support: Actively promote exchange products and value-added services to contribute to branch-level sales targets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure every transaction adheres to UAE Central Bank (CBUAE) regulations, specifically regarding AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous transaction logs, reports, and supporting documentation to ensure audit readiness.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is essential; specific experience in financial services or exchange houses is a strong advantage.
• Regulatory Awareness: Basic understanding of financial compliance, AML, and KYC standards.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal excellence, and the ability to handle high-pressure, high-volume retail environments.
• Flexibility: Willingness to relocate within any Emirate as per business and branch requirements.
• Availability: Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
