Accountant – Dubai, UAE | ADEX Spark Technical Services L.L.C

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Bookkeeping: Maintain precise and real-time financial records, ensuring all ledgers are up-to-date and accurate.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support management’s strategic decisions.
• Ledger Management: Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections.
• VAT Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to UAE VAT regulations and prepare necessary filings for the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
• Reconciliation & Cash Flow: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to maintain company liquidity and financial health.
• Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of files and documentation for internal/external audits and financial reviews.

🔹 Requirements:

• UAE Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on accounting experience specifically within the UAE market.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and local financial reporting practices.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using professional accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
• Attributes: High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet strict deadlines.
