Job Description / Role
🔹 Open Positions:
- Cook (Indian & Arabic Cuisine): Specialized in authentic flavors, tandoor, and regional Arabic specialties.
- Junior Pastry & Bakery Chef: Supporting the dessert and bakery section with creative pastry production.
- Commis 3: Entry-level kitchen support focusing on food preparation and station maintenance.
- Waiter / Waitress: Front-of-house guest service, order taking, and dining room management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary Excellence: (Kitchen Roles) Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to resort recipes and hygiene standards.
- Guest Interaction: (Service Roles) Provide a welcoming dining experience, managing guest orders with accuracy and a positive attitude.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with UAE food safety and resort regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Kitchen vs. Floor) to ensure timely service delivery.
- Stock Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring minimal wastage within your specific department.
🔹 Requirements:
- Skills: Demonstrated expertise in the specific role applied for (e.g., specific cuisine knowledge for cooks).
- Experience: Prior experience in a resort or hotel setting is considered a significant advantage.
- Attributes: Strong teamwork skills, a guest-focused mindset, and a commitment to high-quality service.
- Joining: Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus for guest interaction.
