Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Efficiently prepare, process, and manage invoices and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for the production cycle.
- Departmental Liaison: Coordinate closely with sales and production teams to resolve discrepancies in financial documentation and missing records.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure precise data entry within the company’s ERP or accounting system.
- Operational Support: Perform routine accounting tasks, including reconciliation support and general ledger maintenance as required.
- Communication: Manage internal correspondence to ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations across the Dubai facility.
🔹 Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Excel and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu are essential for effective team coordination.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Accounting Knowledge: A clear and solid understanding of basic accounting rules, principles, and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Availability: Must be available to commit to the full duration of the 3–4 month temporary assignment.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
