Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Patient Care: Provide routine nursing assistance, including vital sign monitoring and health assessment within a private home setting.
- Medication Management: Safely administer medications and prescribed treatments in strict accordance with physician instructions.
- Emergency Coordination: Act as the primary medical responder during emergencies, coordinating swiftly with doctors or specialized hospitals.
- Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date, and confidential medical records and health history for the family.
- Health & Safety: Ensure a sterile and safe environment, overseeing the hygiene and overall well-being of the patient(s).
- VVIP Liaison: Maintain a professional and discreet presence, ensuring total confidentiality regarding the family’s health and personal life.
🔹 Requirements:
- Licensing: Mandatory MOH License (Ministry of Health) to practice nursing in the UAE.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or private care environment.
- Education: Valid and recognized nursing qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nursing).
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate medical information clearly to the family and physicians.
- Personal Attributes: High level of compassion, professional integrity, and the ability to work discreetly in a private household.
- Logistics: Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi for full-time residential support.
